We work both on buildings being restored and on new buildings, with operations covering the whole "packet" of roofing: from waterproofing to heat insulation to the installation of skylights, flashings and safety lines.
Our approach is to be the only subject with responsibility for the whole job, thus avoiding wasting time and issues related to different parties being responsible for the work.
Maintenance of waterproof surfaces
The lifespan of a roof is directly connected with the attention it receives with maintenance. Very often, the intactness of the roof may be damaged due to problems caused by an incorrect maintenance programme.
The surface should therefore be periodically inspected, assessing the state of its ageing and paying special attention to checking that the additional fixtures are in good working order, such as skylights, flashings, exhaust vents, drain overflows, etc., taking care to remove leaves, moss and other vegetation that could clog the regular discharge of rainwater.
Considering that each situation requires specific and specialized work, CEI makes inspections free of charge: these are not binding and aimed at working out a tailor-mode proposal. According to the conditions and problems identified, the company can then intervene promptly to solve the situations regarding the roof, implementing a proposal aimed at keeping the roof waterproof for even longer.
