Roofs for prefabricated elements

The study, design and fitting of efficient systems of waterproofing and heat insulation for industrial complexes which are perfectly compliant with the most recent recommendations on eco-sustainability and in compliance with the regulations of L.D. 311 on energy saving. Bituminous membranes with great elasticity and mechanical resistance are used for the roofs and can be adapted to various climatic conditions.

Foundations

Waterproofing earth works with waterproof and insoluble facings that resist deterioration by time. All the materials are selected for the properties of mechanical resistance and resistance to rot and decay and are applied according to their capacity to protect basement premises from damp and to guarantee heat insulation.

In complete safety, during and after works

Everyone who is responsible for a building (entrepreneur, manager of a condominium, owner, etc.) can be involved in civil and criminal law suits if there are infringements or shortcomings with regard to the regulations in force.
CEI trains its team of operators directly and has the most sophisticated on-site safety systems required for the works to be carried out correctly and for the safety of human resources.
When the work is finished, as laid down by the recent regulations on safety, CEI also installs suitable anchor devices (compliant with EN 795) and safety devices for those who will carry out inspections, surveys and maintenance.
All the aforementioned systems are applied with the supervision of qualified personnel, who analyse the structural specificities of the different buildings where we are asked to work.

Study and building of the most suitable roofing for the strain from compression, traction, cutting and chemical corrosion.
Use of elastic materials resistant to the aggression caused by ice, changes in temperature and anti-freeze salt.

Hanging gardens

Design and application of waterproof linings in anti-root material characterized by great mechanical resistance, considerable elasticity and advanced anti-perforation and anti-aggression properties, especially from the acids in fertilizers. Thanks to the quality and flexibility of the membranes, a real barrier is created for the roots of flowers and plants.
